EMA, RSI, Stochastic Trend Following Strategy

This strategy is the combination of the 3 basic indicators which is the RSI, Stochastics and EMA. This will work best on a 15 minute timeframe or higher. You can use this in all currency pairs.

Forex  Indicators:

• RSI (21);
• Stochastic indicator (14, 5, 5);
• 1°Set EMA fast (12, 5) exponential moving average indicator;
• 2° Set EMA Slow (34, 45) exponential moving average indicator;

For Long Entry:

• EMAs(12, 5) greater than the EMAs (34, 45).
• RSI is greater than 50.
• Stochastic is greater than 50.

For Short Entry:

• EMAs (12, 5) is less than the EMAs (34, 45).
• RSI less than 50.
• Stochastic is less than 50.

Exit Position

Exit position when 5 EMA fast crosses 12 EMA in opposite direction.
Place stop loss level MA 34.
Profit Target (option exit) ratio 1:3.
