Dema Forex Trading System
The dema is a forex trading strategy that is based on the formula developed by Patrick Mulloy. It can be used in place of EMA or to smooth other indicators.
DEMA = 2 * EMA – EMA of EMA
Red is EMA, Green is EMA of EMA, Yellow is DEMA
This is a strategy for swing trading and can be used in a 30-minutes or higher timeframe. This works on any currency pairs.
Metatrader Indicators:
- Excalibur
- Dema
- Awesome
- FDM alerts
Buy Entry:
- Dema yellow is greater than Ema Green and EMA Red.
- Awesome Green bar;
- Excalibur green dot.
Sell Entry:
- Dema yellow is less than EMA Green and EMA Red.
- Awesome Red bar.
- Excalibur red dot.
