Simple Moving Averages Forex Scalping Strategy

This is a scalping strategy that uses the trend to trade. The indicators used in this system are indicators that identify a trend and these are the simple moving averages. This works on a 1-minute timeframe and useful for EURUSD and GBPUSD pairs.

Metatrader Indicators:

• 50 simple moving average;
• 100 simple moving average;
• Superscalper indicator (28, 3,3.0,3)

Long Entry:

• 50 SMA must cross 100 SMA.
• Superscalper changes color from yellow to blue.

Short Entry:

• 50 SMA must cross 100 SMA.
• Superscalper changes color from blue to yellow.

Note: Do not trade when the price is between the two moving average.

Exit position:

• Close trade when the SuperScalper changes color.
• Take profit at 8 pips for EURUSD and 10 pips for GBP/USD.
• Set stop loss at 15 pips.
